A significant challenge was the case file submission process within ADGM Courts. The existing system lacked clarity and failed to capture accurate data, leading to inefficiencies and potential compliance risks.
Another issue was the complexity of the submission forms, which could be daunting for users unfamiliar with legal procedures. This complexity hindered the user experience and increased the likelihood of errors.
The case submission form was redesigned to be more intuitive and structured, which ensured accurate data collection, reduced errors, and sped up the submission process.
In addition, enhancements to the platform’s navigation and user guidance made it easier for both individuals and legal professionals to complete submissions smoothly, improving overall efficiency and compliance within ADGM Courts.
