A major challenge was simplifying prescription uploads and approvals. Users often got stuck or dropped off during the prescription submission flow due to unclear steps, long response times, or lack of real-time feedback. This created frustration, especially for users with urgent medical needs.
Another challenge was organizing the product catalog. Medicines, supplements, and health products were poorly grouped, and the search results often felt overwhelming or inaccurate. Without a proper filtering system, users found it hard to locate the exact items they needed.
I redesigned the prescription upload flow to include progress indicators, auto-reminders, and direct chat support with pharmacists. This helped users track their submission and get quicker responses, improving trust and reducing abandonment rates.
On the shopping side, I restructured the product catalog with clearer categories, smart search, and filters tailored to common use cases like “cold & flu,” “diabetes,” or “daily vitamins.” This made browsing more intuitive and helped users find what they needed faster, improving overall order volume and user satisfaction.
Next projects.
