Scaling Yuze across the UAE, India, KSA, Kenya, Uzbekistan, and Malaysia meant deep research into each country’s legal onboarding needs for individuals and businesses. Balancing this with a simple, trusted AI-driven platform was a key focus.
To address these challenges, I designed flexible onboarding flows and built a scalable design system that adapts to different markets. This approach ensured a consistent user experience while meeting local requirements and delivering smart AI-driven financial insights.
By leading the design independently, I helped the team reduce delivery time and align AI innovation with legal compliance. The final product gave the company a scalable foundation to expand into new markets with confidence.
This work helped the company launch a product that met the specific needs of small and medium businesses from faster onboarding to better financial visibility. As a result, the platform attracted early interest from SME clients in multiple regions, giving the company a strong starting point for market entry and future growth.
