One of the main challenges was simplifying the complexity of crypto trading for newcomers without limiting advanced functionality for seasoned traders. The initial interface was cluttered, with too much technical jargon and unclear navigation, which made it hard for users to understand market movements or place trades confidently.
Another challenge was the lack of structure in how data and analytics were presented. Important metrics like price trends, order book depth, and portfolio performance weren’t easy to access or interpret. This created friction, especially during high-volume trading windows when users needed to make quick decisions.
I redesigned the trading interface to reduce noise and surface key actions like buying, selling, and tracking performance in a way that felt more approachable. By grouping related features and using clear visual hierarchy, we made it easier for users to act fast without second-guessing.
I also introduced a real-time dashboard that brought together live charts, personalized watchlists, and market alerts. This gave users a clear overview of their portfolio and the market at a glance, making the platform feel faster, smarter, and more trustworthy.
