The core challenge was the trader journey itself. Challenge selection, checkout, evaluation progress, rule compliance, payouts and the account lifecycle all had to feel like one clear path, while the rules behind them are strict and easy to misread.
Risk rules were the other big one. Traders needed to see live equity, drawdown and every rule they could breach at a glance, and the risk, compliance and support teams needed back-office tools that matched what traders saw.
I designed the full trader journey end to end, with real-time dashboards that turn complex risk rules into clear visual indicators traders understand at a glance. KYC and compliance onboarding was rebuilt to balance regulatory requirements with sign-up conversion.
Payouts and wallets, an affiliate and referral portal, trading competitions with leaderboards and shareable achievement certificates, and the admin tooling were designed as one system. The ground-up redesign helped the platform attract significantly more users within a short time of launch.
