A broker runs on trust. Account opening, verification and funding are regulated journeys where every unclear step costs a customer, and money movement has to be transparent at every stage.
Markets also had to fit the wider ecosystem. Finotive Pay handles the money flow, and traders move between Funding, Futures and Markets, so wallet balances, withdrawals and transaction history had to work the same way everywhere.
I defined detailed wallet and money-movement journeys, covering withdrawal confirmation, payment status, transaction history, user guidance and exception states, and designed real-time trading dashboards that make performance easy to read.
Onboarding and account activation were designed with growth and engineering for conversion, and the client area shares one design language with Funding and Futures, so the whole ecosystem feels like one product.
