A key challenge was improving the property discovery experience. The search and filter system lacked flexibility, making it difficult for users to narrow down results based on their real needs like budget, location, or property type. This led to frustration and longer decision cycles.
Another challenge was agent communication and booking coordination. Users often had to leave the platform or rely on follow-up calls to confirm viewings, leading to missed opportunities and delays. There was a clear need to streamline these touchpoints and reduce friction.
I redesigned the search and listing flow to be more responsive and intuitive, with dynamic filters and location-based suggestions. This allowed users to find relevant properties faster and encouraged them to stay longer on the platform.
To improve booking and communication, I added a built-in scheduling tool with real-time availability and automated confirmations. This helped both users and agents stay aligned, leading to more successful viewings and a higher conversion rate across the platform.
